Návrh opatření ochrany obyvatelstva pro obce s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

This thesis deals with a Proposal of Population Protection Measures for Municipalities with Extended Powers Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Study refers to a population protection measures in the Czech Republic, public authorities in dealing with extraordinary events and the characteristics of the territory. In the next parts are listed possible risks in the area and then selected four dangers that are described in detail. Afterwards is refered into the existing measures for protection of the population in the area. This includes warning the population, evacuation, sheltering and emergency survival. At the last part are proposed measures of population protection and measures to reduce risk of the extraordinary events.
