Abstract
Subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for an
apartment building with studios with three above-ground floors with a flat roof.
The documentation is processed at the construction stage and is written in a
technical report and a drawing part. The bachelor'sthesis also includes a thermal
technical and a static calculation of one selected structural element.
