Abstract
The aim of this work is to assess the current state of traffic flow, assessment of traffic accidents, analysis of intensity and its assessment of the suitability of the proposed solution and the subsequent assessment of this proposal on traffic flow. Also outlined is a newly proposed structural and technical solutions.
