Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is the application of the establishment and creation of the self-regulatory organization and business plan in the field of a raw food. What you can find in the dissertation is the theoretical concept of entrepreneurship, various forms of entrepreneurship with emphasis on changes in businnes law and explanation of these forms of entrepreneuship and also business plan and its essentials. Furthermore, it shows all needed essentials before establishing entrepreneurship, at its start and in its process, in detail on fictive company. Then there is a change regarding departure of an associate and settlement of his share. In the last part we find a business plan of company designed to attract potential investor.
