Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on way of selection and rating suppliers. First part discuss about characteristics of an industrial business, conception, functions and purchase tasks, his objects and subjects, furthermore meaning of suppliers rating, measuring efficiency. Main part is given to methods of selection and rating of suppliers, methods of selection of criteria and setting their weights. At final part is introduced simple proposal suppliers rating system of company XY.
