Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of the State Office of Labor Inspection. Characterizes it, describes its origin and specifies its structure, scope and control activities carried out on the basis of public suggestions and in individual sections of labor inspection. Due attention is also paid to its management. The aim of the work is to evaluate the scope of control activities with a focus on individual control areas of labor inspection, ie labor relations, health and safety at work and employment, and economic indicators of the State Labor Inspection Office in 2015 to 2020. Selected criteria are received suggestions form the public, performed controls, fines imposed, staff structure, approved budget and revenue and expenditure corresponding to the reality during the reference period. The conclusion of the evaluation contains proposals and recommendations for the State Office of Labor Inspection.
