Využití mobilních kamerových systémů pro crowd-safety management

Abstract

This dissertation focuses on the issue of crowd management and security at large-scale events with a large number of participants. The theoretical part of the work deals with the research of foreign models and theories in the field of crowd management, security at public events and the use of modern technologies to improve security. It also takes into account current trends and best practices in the field of security management. The practical part of the dissertation focuses on the implementation of a mobile CCTV system at selected large-scale events. All steps are described, from the selection of a suitable event, consultation with technical staff, negotiations with suppliers of CCTV systems to the actual deployment of technology and testing. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation of results and the collection of quantitative and qualitative data. One of the key findings of this work is the confirmation of the contribution of a mobile CCTV system for crowd control and security at large-scale events. This technology enables fast and effective communication between security forces and increases the safety of event participants. As part of the practical part of the dissertation, technical and operational obstacles to deploying a mobile CCTV system are identified. This includes, for example, problems with data transmission over the LTE network, cable network or satellite connection. The results of this research have the potential to contribute to the improvement of security at public events and may be applicable to organizers and security experts when planning and implementing large-scale events with a high number of participants.
