Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis is to research the process of dry anaerobic digestion in the laboratory conditions. The theoretical part is focused on anaerobic digestion and its influencing factors, mechanisms and methods. Another part describes the biogas plant and its technology unit. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the issue of biomass, biogas and digestate. The practical part contains two experiments. The first experiment tested effect of bio-enzyme preparation BCL Biogas production of biogas and methane. The second experiment was based on physical modelling of mixed semi-dry anaerobic digestion of cow manure and later also corn silage at a dry matter content of 30 – 40%.
