Trend vývoje koncentrace živin a biomasy fytoplanktonu ve vybraných profilech řeky Ostravice

Abstract

Master's thesis deals with the development of the concentration of nutrients and phytoplankton in selected locations on the Ostravice river during 2017. It deals with description of individual nutrients, supplementary parameters and their possible influence on the concentration of phytoplankton. It further describes phytoplankton, its ecology and forms a comprehensive overview of its taxonomic system. Then the area of interest is described. The following chapter describes selected locations and explains how individual samples were collected and processed. The last chapter presents the results, compares them and interprets them in relation to the dynamics of phytoplankton.
