The bachelor thesis pursues the rise of effectiveness of the system of cameras in Valašské Meziříčí. The theoretical part describes legal regulations and the issue ofsystem of cameras. The practical part is devoted to current state of the system ofcameras, analysing the risks and suggestions of places where the safety of the town can be improved.
