Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the subject of the safety data sheets and its proper requisites. Represents the changes relating to the issue of hazardous substances for both Czech and European legislation. Sets the rules for correct formation of safety data sheets and how to update them. Indicates knowledge of European Eurobarometer survey 360, which was conducted in order to determine what is the general awareness about the labels of hazardous substances in the EU. It aims to identify shortcomings and errors in specific safety data sheets and proposes solutions for identified nonconformities.
