Analýza spotřebitelského chování fanoušků extraligového hokejového týmu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with consumer behaviour analysis of fans of an ice hockey extraliga team. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze consumer behaviour and propose recommendations for the selected hockey team. The thesis is divided into two separate parts. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of the work. The second part deals with the processing of the questionnaire survey and the evaluation of the obtained data. At the end of the work, recommendations are proposed.
