Zavedení pilíře profesionální údržby v rámci přístupu World Class Manufacturing

Abstract

„Zavedení pilíře profesionální údržby v rámci přístupu World Class Manufacturing.“ Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza míry zavedení pilíře profesionální údržby v rámci programu world class manufacturing a vyhodnocení efektivity údržby. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii systémů údržeb. Je zde uvedena spojitost s programem WCM, historický vývoj údržeb, moderní pojetí a ukazatel CEZ. Dále je pak zmíněna autonomní údržba a metoda 5S, jakožto součást pilíře profesionální údržby. V druhé části práce je představena společnost, ve které byla práce vypracována a je analyzován současný stav společnosti. Na základě těchto informací je pak provedena analýza prostojů ve společnosti a je navržena metoda vyhodnocování efektivity údržby. V poslední části jsou pak uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the level of the introduction of professional maintenance within the World Class Manufacturing and evaluate the efficiency of maintenance. The first part is focused on the theory of maintenance systems. There is noted the link with WCM program, the historical development of maintenance, the modern concept of maintenance and overall equipment effectiveness. Furthermore, autonomous maintenance and 5S method are mentioned as part of professional maintenance pillar. In the second part of the thesis, the company is presented and the current state of the company is analyzed. Based on the theses information was analyzed the downtimes in the company and method of evaluating the maintenance efficiency.
