Abstract

Student: Bc. Iva Ludwigová Název diplomové práce: Územní studie regenerace území – kulturní zařízení Vyškov Počet stran: 75 Vedoucí diplomové práce: Ing. Jana Tichá Blahutová Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování územní studie, ve které se bude nacházet Kulturní zařízení pro potřeby města Vyškov, ale také obcí v blízkém okolí. Jsou vytvořeny tři varianty řešení území. V první variantě A se nachází kulturní dům pro pořádání velkých společenských akcí a divadelních představení. Součástí objektu je poradna sociálních služeb. Varianta B je navržena jako amfiteátr se zázemím pro účinkující, podzemní hromadnou garáží a budovou pro občerstvení. Tato varianta je detailněji rozpracována. V návrhu se nachází řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, návrh zeleně a funkční schémata budov navržené varianty. V poslední variantě C je navržen park, který navazuje na zámeckou zahradu. Cílem studie je vytvořit nové využití a příjemné prostředí v centru města, které by bylo využíváno zejména pro kulturní účely a zábavu obyvatel.

Jana Ticha Blahutová The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a regional study, in which will be indicated the cultural institution for the needs of the city Vyškov, but also the communities nearby. There are created three variants of the solution in the area. In the first option A, there is a cultural center for organizing large social events and theatre performances. It also includes centre for social services. Option B is designed as an amphitheater with facilities for performers, underground public garage and building for refreshments. This variant is worked out in more detail. In this layout plan, there is a solution for the transport and technical infrastructure, design for greenery and functional building schemes of the proposed option. In the final option C, there is a designed park that follows the castle garden. The aim of the study is to create new applications and pleasant environment in the center of the town that would be mainly used for cultural purposes and entertainment for people.
