Proces výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. První část je věnována popisu výběru a adaptace dle odborné literatury a druhá část je věnována charakteristice organizace, analýze procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Na základě vyhodnocení získaných informací jsou závěrem bakalářské práce návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizací.

This thesis occupy with the process of selection and adaptation of employees in a chosen organization. The first part describes the selection and adaptation according to technical literature and the second part is devoted to the characteristics of the organization, analyzing the process of selection and adaptation of employees in a chosen organization. Based on the evaluation of information are in the last part of thesis proposals and recommendations to improve the process of selection and adaptation of employees in chosen organization.
