Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the marketing strategy of the Mining Union of the Czech Republic. The main goal is to analyze the marketing strategy using the communication elements of the marketing mix. Based on this analysis, proposals are made on how the Mining Union can adjust its marketing strategy. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic concepts that are related to the communication strategy and there is also a description of the Mining Union itself. In the practical part is described an analysis of the current strategy, on which are comments and suggestions are made.
