Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with support of business and investments by small and medium enterprises through CzechInvest. The first part deals with the history and present of the Agency, its organizational structure and programs that CzechInvest offers to its clients. The second part presents the reasons, why the support of small and medium enterprises is important. There are also the results processed by CzechInvest, which reached the period of its existing in the period 1993–2012. This section also works with the statistical data of selected economic indicators of the country, in which support should exhibit. At the end of this chapter is present several projects, that were implemented by CzechInvest. In the journalistic part been processed gradually following genres: editorial, interview, survey and gloss, which are based on the theme of the thesis. The goal of Bachelor thesis was find out why it is necessary to support small and medium-sized enterprises, and that is a significant issue for CzechInvest of being.
