Mapování externího prostředí neziskové organizace

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce Mapování externího prostředí neziskové organizace je identifikovat a ohodnotit externí prostředí, aby byly vhodně formulovány strategické cíle neziskové organizace Slezské diakonie.

Teoreticko-metodická část je zaměřena na objasnění strategického managementu a následné vysvětlení aplikace vybraných metod. K řešení cíle je použita externí analýza PESTLE, souhrnná analýza SWOT a navazující matice EFE.

Aplikačně-ověřovací části bakalářské práce obsahuje charakteristiku organizace Slezské diakonie a je zde aplikována analýza externího prostředí. Pomocí PESTLE analýzy se identifikovaly klíčové faktory z prostředí, které se promítly ve shrnutí a doporučení do SWOT analýzy. Pomocí matice EFE jsou ohodnoceny jednotlivé hrozby a příležitosti. Na základě výsledků je zjištěna reakce na tyto vnější faktory. V závěrečné části je uveden stručný popis postupu celé práce, shrnuty poznatky a závěry, které by organizaci měli pomoct při formulaci strategických cílů, jak bylo již zmíněno v úvodu.

The aim of the submitted thesis External Environment Mapping of the Non-profit Organization is to identify and evaluate the external environment to be adequately formulated strategic goals of nonprofit organization Slezská diakonie.

Theoretical and methodological part is aimed at clarifying the strategic management and the subsequent explanation of the application of selected methods. The solution of the goals are used external analysis PESTLE, summary analysis SWOT and follow-up matrix EFE.

Application-verification part of the thesis contains the characteristic of the organization Slezská diakonie and there is applied analysis of the external environment. By using PESTLE analysis to identify key factors of the environment, which is reflected in the summary and recommendations to the SWOT analysis. By using matrix EFE are apraised individual threats and opportunities. Based on the results is detected response to these external factors. In the final part provides a brief description of the entire work process, summarize findings and conclusions that the organization should help in formulating strategic goals, as mentioned in the introduction.
