Financování investiční akce v obci Hněvotín

Abstract

The aim of this work was to find a way to finance the construction of a sports complex in the village Hněvotín without the resources of European Union funds. The thesis was first described the functioning of municipalities and their budget. The next section was analyzed Hněvotín municipal budget. This analysis was the basis for the practical part of the thesis, in which they were assessed cost of constructing a sports complex and the possibility of its financing. Within these options were considered financing by loan, from its own budget, from the State budget and operating funds of the European Union. Based on the analysis of these options was done then the most appropriate options for financing the construction of a sports complex in the village Hněvotín, which is based on the free resources of the village, a loan from the Czech Savings Bank, and in the case of the allocation of grants to grants from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
