Abstract

The topic of the thesis is "Analysis of customer satisfaction with restaurant services". The objective is to find out satisfaction of customers in restaurant Globus in Ostrava-Plesná. This organization is operate by Globus ČR, k.s. At the beginning are defined primary theoretical principles of the thesis. Part of application describes choice company. Next is performed personally collection of information by means of exploration and information are analyzed. For evaluation is used SERVQUAL method. At the end is performed summary of the thesis. And for better quality of services and better satisfaction of customers are proposed recommendations.
