Strategie rozvoje vybrané organizace v soudobých podmínkách

Abstract

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to describe, to explain, and to assess the strategic approach of the selected organization, specifically, the private language school Hello, to the management of future activities and prosperity of the school. The theoretical part of this thesis provides evidence on the issues which were drawn from the literature. The practical part is dedicated to the strategic analysis of the internal and external environment of the above-mentioned organization and subsequent summary of the lessons learned by using SWOT method. In conclusion of this work are suggestions and recommendations formulated on the basis of the results, together with a proposal for an appropriate strategy.
