Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the implemented Kaizen design in the sensor assembly process. This Bachelor thesis consists of two parts, the first part being theoretical bases dealing with the Kaizen method and the second part is an analysis of the design of the Kaizen application and possible further suggestions for improvements in the process.
