Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with problems in operating systems Smart Homes and Smart Home Care, using the Siemens automation system Synco Living. The introduction explains basic terms and principles of Smart Home, Smart Home Care and market situation. First part describes the system´s components, its technical parameters, attributes and application. Second part explains the senior´s needs, their physical and psychical changes. Practical part is divided into three parts. First is visualization of the system and its control by social workers and seniors. Second is about conecting with other components and widening options. Third is a questionnaire for a social service workers seniors and general schema_dspacedb.
