Společenská odpovědnost firmy Tieto

Abstract

V mé diplomové práci jsem se zabýval společenskou odpovědností firem, kdy jsem nejprve popsal historii společenské odpovědnosti firem, její tři oblasti, stakeholdery, implementaci CSR aktivit a nakonec uvedl společnosti, které provádí společensky neodpovědné aktivity. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na aktivity společnosti Tieto a tyto aktivity jsem porovnal s teoretickými doporučeními. Jelikož firma Tieto provádí celou řadu CSR aktivit korporátně, tak jsem se ve své práci zaměřil ještě na aktivity, které provádí ostravská pobočka společnosti. Všechny tyto aktivity jsem zaznamenal, a pokud jsem u nich zjistil nějaké nesrovnalosti nebo nedostatky, pokusil jsem se společnosti navrhnout možné řešení. V poslední části jsem společnosti Tieto navrhl dvě aktivity, které by podle mého názoru měly v této společnosti uplatnění a které by mohla provádět.

In my diploma thesis I dealt with the social responsibility of companies. Firstly, I described the history of social responsibility of companies, its three areas, stakeholders, the implementation of CSR activities and finally I presented the companies carrying out socially irresponsible activities. In the practical part I focused on the activities of the company Tieto and I compared these activities with theoretical recommendations. Because of the fact that Tieto carries out a range of CSR activities corporately, I also focused on the activities carried out by its branch in Ostrava. I put down all these activities and in case I found out any discrepancies or deficiencies, I tried to suggest a possible solution to the company. In the last part I suggested to Tieto two activities which could be applied and carried out in this company.
