Zpracování a možnosti využití strusky z mimopecního odsíření surového železa

Abstract

The Thesis considers determining of the treatment and feasible utilization of slag rising in the course of out-of-furnace pig iron desulphurization in the pouring ladle. The slag is result of ongoing reactions among injecting lime, magnesium and other elements contained in pig iron and further remains of blast furnace slag and pig iron. The Thesis describes problems of treatment of the slag – i.e. from tilting of transport ladles on casting bed till the crushing process. It is mentioned rising products of size preparation and granulometric as well as chemical analyses after their processing by crushing process. The Thesis describes five period of processing the slag by crushing and proposal of optimal solution regarding recycling of these products in metallurgical company.
