Abstract
This paper deals with the ways of processing steel slag and its use in the metallurgical industry and in other sectors. At the beginning, they are divided by slag formation, chemical composition, mineralogical point of view and physical properties. Furthermore, based on the study of available literature, methods of processing and recycling of steel slag in the Czech Republic and abroad are described.
