Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the analysis and evuluation of personal bankruptcy, as a method of resolving insolvency of the debtor, individual non-entrepreneurs. After an introductory part follow the first theoretical part, which is paid to the legislative framework that defines the personal bankruptcy. Then it is drawn to the claims that are the cause of indebtedness and later to personal bankruptcy. The second theoretical part is devoted to the personal bankruptcy and economic impact on the debtor. Recently, a practical part is focused on the evaluation of debt relief for the two borrowers, including the economic impact on borrowers and are evaluated by two questionnaires that focus on financial literacy and its impact on the debt.
