Návrh znovuvyužití brownfieldu areálu školy v Heřmanicích u Polomi

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is a proposal for utilization of a former school building in Heřmanice u Polomi. The thesis is divided into two parts, practical and theoretical. The theoretical part deals with literary research describing brownfields problematic and illustrates historical and present condition of the former school building in Heřmanice u Polomi. Practical part is concerned with marketing research and its assessment. The main part of the thesis is a frame proposal for brownfield utilization of school in Heřmanice u Polomi. A budget for the proposal has been created and the proposal visualization has been performed in a 3D model.
