Abstract

The subject matter of the diploma thesis is processing the project documentation of an apartment building with a service shops on ground floor. Project documentation is processed as detailed version and contains designs and texts plus attachments. Another part of the project is design of sewer and watter supply system for the whole building, solar collector system for preparation of hot watter, and also a system for acumulating processing and use of rainwatter gathered on the building. Designed building has four floors with three of them above the ground level and one situated as a basement. The Apartment building is designed for a comfortable living of up to four four members families and services on ground floor are designed for ten people including potential customers.
