Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine which tools of viral marketing are used in tourism businesses in the Uherské Hradiště. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of viral marketing, tools of viral marketing and their classification. The practical part is focused on the analysis of survey that explores the using the tools of viral marketing in tourism businesses in the Uherské Hradiště region. The research found that most businesses undergoing research use tools of viral marketing, especially social networking site Facebook. As a form of communication in combination with tools of viral marketing are most frequently used images and text. Tourism businesses in the Uherské Hradiště region use tools of viral marketing for promotion, visibility of the company and because it is a modern trend.
