Analýza spokojenosti pacientů se službami rehabilitační léčebny

Abstract

Bachelor work is written about the topic, which is focused on analysis of satisfaction patients with services of rehabilitative medical institution. The aim of my bachelor work was to find out, how are patients satisfied with the services of rehabilitative medical institution and to propose concrete suggestions and recommendations to this medical institution. That proposes and recommendations are disposed to increase the satisfaction of the patients. In the beginning I characterized Special medical institution Paseka and I described it’s macro-environment and concrete markets. In theoretical part of the work I was focused on customer’s satisfaction and outlined theory of services as well as marketing mix of services. In practical part of the work I was focused on marketing research, which has been important to find out necessary data. For my research I created written questionnaire, which has been filled in by patients of rehabilitative medical institution. I worked up achieved results; it means I implemented analysis of results. On the base of achieved results I determined some proposals and recommendations, which can increase satisfaction of patients and are real and available as well.
