Zabezpečení Centra sociálních služeb v Prostějově prostředky technické ochrany objektů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi zabezpečení Centra sociálních služeb v Prostějově. Centrum se skládá z domova pro seniory a domova se zvláštním režimem. Tato práce obsahuje základní právní předpisy a informace související jak s fyzickou ochranou, tak se zařízením sociálních služeb. Dále následují statistické údaje o stavu sociálních služeb a kriminality v Olomouckém kraji. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku tohoto objektu, aktuální zabezpečení a samozřejmě zhodnocení aktuálního stavu zabezpečení pomocí analýzy rizik. Na závěr této práce jsou uvedeny varianty možného způsobu zabezpečení, které by měly v budoucnu zvýšit bezpečnost daného objektu.

The Diploma Thesis concerns with security possibilities the Center for Social Services in Prostějov. The centre comprises of seniors’ house and house with special treatment. This thesis contains basic legal regulations and information related to Physical protection and property of the Center for Social Services. After that, the thesis includes statistical figures about state of welfare and criminality in Olomouc region. Practical part contains the characterisation of the compound, actual security and naturally evaluation of the actual state of security level using risk analysis. In the end of this thesis possible means of protection that should in the future increase security of the compound are mentioned.
