Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a comprehensive picture of the development of fixed fire extinguishing equipment of airliners aircrafts. It is separated to three chapters. The first chapter is a list of individual aircrafts and briefly characterizes it. In the second chapter there are the details of fire extinguishing equipment of aircraft mentioned above. In the last third chapter there are features of the main trends. The conclusion summarizes the findings from each chapter and features of the main trends. The work comprises a comprehensive overview of fixed fire extinguishing equipment jet airliners aircraft for about 59 years and it is usable as a reference for further developments in this sector.
