Možnosti využití rovnokřídlého hmyzu (Orthoptera) jako bioakumulátorů potenciálně toxických prvků

Abstract

This thesis includes a description of orthopteran insects (Orthoptera) and the posibility of bioaccumulation using. The thesis using an orthoptera insects (Orthoptera) as a bioacumulator of potentially toxic elements. As research area was choosen the Soukenná. Soukenná is an area in Hrubý Jeseník, near the village Dolní Moravice. It is an old environmental burden. The work compares resulting concentrations of potentially toxic elements with the legislativ and researchs of acummulation potentionally toxic elements in the tissues of orthoptera insect. The research didn´t confirms higher concentrations of potentially toxic elements.
