Technologie variantního provedení střešních krytin včetně vyhodnocení materiálových variant

Abstract

My diploma thesis is focused on two types of different roofing materials and also evaluates these two different roofing materials. As a first type of roofing – Option A, I have chosen a clay roof tile STODO 12 of manufacturer TONDACH. This roof tile is made with deep double-grooving, which creates a resistant protection against weather conditions and long term lifetime. As a second type of roofing – Option B, I have chosen a metal roofing sheet CLICK 25 of manufacturer LINDAB. This roofing is made from high-quality metal sheets with a coating ELITE, which guarantees very durable protection against weather conditions and long term lifetime. My thesis includes following parts: - technological way of roof tile assembling, - technical report and technical report of construction facility for both types of roofing, - cost estimate, - construction progress schedule of roofing assembling, - drawing documentation of crucial parts of building roof In conclusion part of my diploma thesis, there is described an evaluation for both types of roofing based on economical and time frame requirements and also based on lifetime and durability warranty.
