Abstract

This thesis addresses the issue of competitiveness of the selected company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the selected enterprise by means of the methods performed. The thesis is divided into two parts. First, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theoretical and methodological background of competitiveness. In this chapter, the individual concepts and methods are explained in more detail, which are then applied to the specifically selected enterprise in the practical part. The main practical part is devoted to the application of all methods. Methods such as PEST analysis, Porter's five competitive forces analysis, Mystery shopping, Pairwise comparison method, BCG matrix and SWOT analysis are applied. At the end of the thesis, based on the evaluation of the information found from the analyses, recommendations are then proposed that could lead to an increase in its competitiveness.
