Abstract

This bachelor thesis based on flood problems in light of deluge planning. One part deals with theoretical terms of the flood questions, for example floods and their structuring, terms from the forecast and warning system, flood activity levels. This work is concerned with the structure of control of protection from floods with the detailed focus on the flood authorities in villages. Special attention is paid to the flood plan of the village Hostomice, especially with the view of its composition and content according to existing valid legal framework. The one chapter defines characteristics of small town Hostomice and its flood plan.
