Územní studie lokality bývalého OSP Karviná – Nové Město

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na nalezení nového využití plochy ve středu města. V této lokalitě byla neúspěšně realizována stavba obchodního centra „INTERSPAR A FAMILY CENTRUM“, která byla ukončena ve fázi územního řízení a odstraněním původních staveb. Hledané řešení bude v souladu s územním plánem, bude respektovat možnosti napojení technické, dopravní infrastruktury a místní podmínky. Výsledkem diplomové práce bude variantní řešení s podrobněji zpracovanou vybranou variantou. Varianty budou vybrány dle analýzy současného stavu města, který bude hodnocen podle počtu obyvatel, množství obchodních ploch, výrobních ploch a stavu dopravy.

The Diploma Thesis is focused on finding a new utilization for the area in the middle of Karviná city. There has already been an unsuccessful project of building the shopping centre „INTERSPAR A FAMILY CENTRUM“, however it has been cancelled in the phase of a land management and a removal of the original buildings. The solution of finding a new utilization for this area will suit according to the land plan and it will respect both the possibilities of connecting technical, transportation infrastructures, the local conditions. The result of this thesis will be a variety of options with one variant which will be proceeded in detail. Options will be chosen regarding to the analysis of a current situation in the city which will be evaluated by the number of citizens, number of business and manufacturing areas, quality and efficiency of transportation.
