Abstract

The thesis focuses on the evaluation and remuneration of employees in an industrial enterprise. The result is divided into two parts, where the first part deals with the theoretical basis of the area of human resources management, especially the evaluation and remuneration of employees. The second part of the thesis presents an analysis of the current system of evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company. Based on the results of the analysis, a new system of work performance assessment is proposed in the thesis, which will provide a regular overview of employee performance and will also serve to differentiate remuneration and thus increase the motivation and performance of existing employees. In conclusion, the costs of two variants of the new system of performance evaluation are compared.
