Simulace a měření atmosférických vlivů pro optický svazek

Abstract

This diploma thesis is aimed to advanced modulation formats PSK and QAM for optical beam. The modulations are created by using software defined radio USRP by applications in Labview. Modulated optical beam is exposed to atmospheric phenomena in the simulation box (turbulation, rain and fog) and then modulated optical beam is demodulated by using USRP. Effects of atmospheric phenomena to modulation format are evaluated via modulation error ratio (dB) and graphically via constellations diagram. Besides effects of atmospheric phenomena to modulation format are measured effects of atmospheric phenomena on change polarization state (ellipticity and azimut) of optical beam by using polarimeter.
