Těžba nevyhrazených surovin v okrese Louny

Abstract

This bachelor work is concerned with the issue of the mining of non-claimable raw materials in Louny district. It shows the issue in light of both current stage and the attachment to the activity engaged here in the past. The intention is to present the whole view of current state of the use of these seams by the course of appropriate provision of law 44/1988, digest about the protection and use of raw materials (the above mentioned law) in a word of further regulations in disregard of the fact whether the seams are claimable or not, including the review of their importance for this region, eventually for neighbouring ones.
