Vyhodnocení systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů

Abstract

In the opening theoretical part the author deals with the basic terms related to the issue of employee benefits, their structure and finally the new trends emerging nowadays in this area.

In the application-theoretical part he deals with the evaluation of employee benefits at MP Krásno,a.s. in terms of customer satisfaction and employee awareness. The author used a questionnaire survey as a research method, which was answered by 84 employees out of 562, i.e. 14.95%. The results of the survey show which employee benefits are used and which are not used by employees at all. Furthermore, 84% of employees are interested in the optional system called Cafeteria employee benefits system. The author suggests the implementation of the system into the current firm system and describes the steps of the implementation.
