Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti stavebního podniku

Abstract

The master‘s thesis deals with an issue about competitiveness evaluation of the construction company Obchodní centrum SAN s.r.o. focusing on development activities in Šumperk district. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the literature, defines the basic concepts, characterizes the business environment and determines the selected methods of competitiveness evaluation. The practical part focuses on the identification of direct competitors, the application of PESTE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, financial analysis, benchmarking and SWOT analysis on the selected company in order to evaluate the company’s competitiveness and to propose recommendations for improvement and strengthen the selected market position.
