Analýza rozpočtového hospodaření vybrané obce

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza rozpočtového hospodaření obce Dobrá v letech 2015-2019. Teoretická část práce popisuje postavení a fungování obcí v České republice. Značná část je věnována rozpočtovému hospodaření obcí. Následující kapitola líčí historii a současnost obce Dobrá z hlediska dopravy, obyvatelstva a služeb. Praktická část podrobně analyzuje příjmy a výdaje obce podle druhového členění. Výdaje jsou navíc členěny podle odvětvového členění. Součástí praktické části je vyhodnocení dotazníku. Tento dotazník zkoumá spokojenost obyvatel s hospodařením obce.

The diplom thesis deals with the analysis of the budget management of the municipality of Dobrá in the years 2015-2019. The theoretical part describes the position and functioning of municipalities in the Czech Republic. Considerable part is devoted to the budget management of municipalities. The following chapter describes the historical and actual situation of transportation, population and services in the village. The practical part analyzes in detail the incomes and expenditures of the municipality according to the type class. The expenditures are organized by branch classification. Part of the practical part is evaluation of the questionnaire. The questionnaire examines the satisfaction of residents with the management of the municipality.
