Analýza účinnosti interní komunikace

Abstract

This thesis analyzed the internal communications. The aim of my thesis was to find out, how satisfied employees Continental Frenštát p.R. with internal communications in the company. The theoretical part explains the theoretical background on internal communications. In the practical part, I conducted market research in the form of written and electronic questioning. I analyzed the results and proposed recommendations for company Continental Frenštát p.R. By upgrading of existing internal communication the company could achieve greater satisfaction of their employees.
