Využití metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování při výběru dopravce ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create evaluation procedure and selection of a carrier in a manufacturing company using multicriteria methods. It defines theoretical basis of multicriteria manager decision making. The selection was carried out on the basis of eight selected criteria for five different variants of the carriers. There are used the Saaty pair-wise comparison method, order method and Hurwitz's rule, weights for the criteria are determined by Saaty method. In the end, the evaluation procedure is proposed and the most important variants of carriers for the production company are recommended.
