Abstract
Rapidly changing business environment forces the company effectively use its
competitive advantage. The company which wants to have success and an
appropriate level of profit, must also be competitive. Its existence depends on
it. The concept of competitiveness can be understood as the ability of the
company to successfully face the competitors that operate in similar domain. The
competition is part of any kind of business. Attractive domains attract new
competitors and for existing businesses competitiveness is indispensable. This
thesis is presented on the above mentioned topic
