Abstract

This thesis focuses on the financing of local services. The thesis´objective is to assess the social services provided by the Nursing Services Center Frydek-Mistek, Allowance Organization between 2007 and 2011, financed by public funds. Attention will be focused on day care, center of the day services and social and legal counseling, which includes professional social counseling and renting assistive devices. The work deals with the financing of the Allowance organization from public and private resources and its economy from 2007 to 2011. It also outlines the budget process, analyzes revenues of their individual services and their share on total revenues of the organization in this five-year period. The costs of the organization are examined in details and its three registered services individually. In the last chapter, there are - according to several criteria - evaluated services that the organization provides.
