Zhodnocení investice PR projektu v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit kolik finančních prostředků společnost VÚHŽ a. s., investuje do získání nových potenciálních zaměstnanců z řad studentů, kteří využívají stipendia. Následně zjistit, zda se jim tato investice do studentů vyplatí, či nikoli. A navržení vhodného adaptačního programu pro studenty, kterým se zlepší public relations ve společnosti. V první části diplomové práce se zabývám adaptací a adaptačním programem a navazuji na public relations, jako na vztah s veřejností. Následně konec první části je věnován investicím, kde jsou použity vzorce pro výpočet návratnosti investice a používané metody pro zjištění přínosu do vzdělávání. V druhé části diplomové práce se věnuji současnému stavu public relations ve společnosti VÚHŽ a. s., personálnímu oddělení, které je spojeno s náborem nových zaměstnanců a jejich adaptací, určení strategie, harmonogramu rozpočtu a realizací adaptačního programu.

The main objective of the Master thesis is to find out how much finance funds must be invested by VÚHŽ a. s. company to gain a new potential employees as a students who are granted by scholarship Simultaneously, the goal is whether the investment is worth or not. Also, output of the thesis is a proposal of adapt program for students to improve public relations in the company. In the first part of the thesis I deal with adaptation and adaptation program and follows on public relations. Following the end of the first part is devoted to investments, which are used in the formulas for calculating return on investment and the methods used to determine contribution to education. In the second part of the thesis describes the present state of public relations in the society as VÚHŽ, Human Resources, which is associated with hiring new staff and their adaptations, determining strategy, budget and schedule for implementation of the adaptation program.
