Návrh na zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on determination of job satisfaction of employees of the Střední odborná škola požární ochrany a Vyšší odborná škola požární ochrany in Frýdek-Místek. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to methods and techniques of processing, theoretical bases of satisfaction and characteristics of the selected organization. The practical part contains an evaluation of the current state and suggestions and recommendations. The aim of this work was to suggest steps that could lead to increased satisfaction of employees of the organization. The necessary information on the proposal was obtained by a semi-structured interview and a written questionnaire survey. The results of the survey showed that the employees in the organization are generally rather satisfied, but in some sub-areas the satisfaction was lower. It was mainly the area of work environment, benefits, interpersonal relationships and related communication. Therefore, several solutions have been proposed that could contribute to improving satisfaction in these areas.
